You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To qualify, you must contact us and initiate the return within this 30-day window.


3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return and refund, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Includes all original packaging and tags

  • Proof of purchase is provided


4. Return Reasons & Fees

We handle returns based on the reason:

Quality Issues or Damaged Items

  • Includes defective, damaged, or incorrect items

  • We will offer a full refund or replacement

  • Tessio covers all related shipping costs

Non-Quality-Related Returns (e.g., change of mind)

  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs


5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Receive Approval & Instructions
    We will provide return instructions, including the return address

  3. Ship the Item Back

    • Follow the provided instructions carefully

    • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Gift cards

  • Hazardous materials or flammable items

7. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1–5 business days

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

  • We recommend placing a new order for the desired item after your return is approved


8. Accidental Orders

If an order is placed by mistake and refunded:

  • A 5% transaction fee will be deducted

  • This fee is charged by payment processors and is non-refundable

9. After-Sales Support Requirements

To ensure efficient support, please provide:

  • Vehicle details (model, year, VIN if applicable)

  • Clear description of the issue

  • Photos and/or short videos showing the problem

Important:

  • Missing information may delay or prevent processing

  • Returns may be declined if items are installed, modified, or removed without prior approval
